Registration Fees

Complete your registration and choose your classes on the front page when registration officially opens.  Please be aware that the following fee schedule pertains ONLY to the registration fee, which is separate from the individual class fees.  All of the class listings show their fees which will be due with your registration. 

 

Registration will remain open until the start of the conference with a varying fee schedule:

 

4-Day Registration Fee Schedule:

$125 - Registration Opening through February 29, 2020

$150 - March 1 through March 31, 2020

$200 - April 1 through the Start of the Conference

 

1-Day Registration Fee Schedule:

$75 - Registration Opening through February 29, 2020

$100 - March 1 through March 31, 2020

$125 - April 1 through the Start of the Conference

 

Please make sure you choose the classes you want as there will be a $25.00 administrative fee for any schedule changes after your registration has been received and processed. This fee will be waived if the class selected has reached maximum capacity and you need to select another class.

 

If, after your registration has been received and processed, you cancel your attendance for any reason other than PAINT canceling the event or class, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply.

 

The following dates apply for class & registration fees refunded (minus the $50 cancellation fee mentioned above):

 

100% Refund (minus fee): Up through 01/15/2020

75% Refunded (minus fee): 01/16/2020 - 02/15/2020

50% Refunded (minus fee): 02/16/2020 - 03/15/2020

No Refunds Issued after March 15, 2020

 

This is where you will be selecting and paying for your registration and classes in full. You will be notified that your registration has been received and you will then be sent a paid invoice that will identify you and assign you a unique registration number. This number will be used to identify all of your paperwork. This registration will secure your spot at the conference.

 

Classes being offered will have a minimum and maximum capacity, which can be changed at any time by the instructor or PAINT.

 

Classes will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum has been reached for that particular class so register early.

 

You will be notified if the class you have selected is full, at which time you will have the option of selecting another class that has available seating or be refunded for that particular class with no penalty.

 

Please complete a separate registration for each person attending.

Please make sure you have scheduled your classes accordingly to prevent having to make changes and incurring administrative fees.

A new feature has been added to this conference.  We have added a button that will allow you to add additional classes to your registration after you have registered.  If you can't get enough of PAINT, and want more classes, just click this button, have your invoice number handy and select your additional classes.  You will incur no further fees other than the classes you are paying for.
